Sensory Notes: Offering classic Riesling aromas of honey, petrol, lychee, wet stone, white peach and honeysuckle, this dazzling wine is both enticing and sophisticated. On the palate, flavors of peach, pineapple and Meyer lemon are supported by bright acidity and a compelling minerality that draw the wine to a long, refreshing finish.

Winemaker Notes: The grapes from this wine come from dry-farmed vines planted at an elevation of 900 feet on a cordon trellis and 101-14 rootstock. After harvesting and sorting the fruit by hand, the grapes where pressed as whole clusters. To preserve the wine’s lovely aromatics and more delicate elements CO2 was used to keep the grapes in an oxygen-free environment until inoculation, and fermentation was done in stainless steel.
